Thanks to the nomadic gene embedded in my DNA I left Canada in 2002 in pursuit of a higher education, wider world view and another place to call home. Since that time, I have lived in Denmark, India, Vietnam, Germany, Thailand, Belgium, Rwanda, United States, and Egypt. Having travelled extensively in more than sixty-five countries on six continents, I managed to get the education and the world view.
But I still haven’t found home yet.
To maintain my sanity in the face of all this running around I spend an absurd amount of time sucking wind in the ring, or exploring asanas on my yoga mat.
Seriously, the relationship I have with my Manduka is rather obscene.
